Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped in the order in which they are received and are sent out within 1-2 business days when all parts are in stock and available.

Backordered items can take approximately 3-5 business days to reach our warehouse and may delay orders.

 

Returns and Replacements

All returns must have a RMA issued by our team, please give us a call and we would be happy to help!

Any hose that has been cut to a customer specified length is non-returnable.

Any returnable electronics will have a 10% restocking fee.

Any returned item must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. Any return that does not meet these requirements and does not have a RMA will be subject to refusal or a restocking fee.

 

Returning Merchandise

Once you have your RMA please carefully package your item(s) with appropriate packaging material. We recommend insuring your return package with your desired carrier, we will not be able to offer a credit on returns that have been damaged in shipping.

We receive all standard carriers at our location (e.g. FedEx, UPS, USPS).

Please allow us 7 to 10 business days to process your return.
