ALL STAINLESS P3000 PASTEURIZER 110V

Two-gallon capacity Milk Pasteurizer, Thermostatic control ensures preservation of natural flavor while eliminating all harmful bacteria. The milk is heated in the inner stainless steel milk container in a hot water bath to a preset temperature of approximately 158F degrees at which time a buzzer sounds. Hot water is drained off manually and cold water is added manually to circulate which cools the milk.

Pasteurizers inner pail, inner lid, outer body are constructed of 304 stainless steel and the red covers are painted steel.
