49.5MM (TYPICAL FOR DELAVAL & WF INFLATIONS)

Pull out CIP draws are a great way to save space by installing under the curb, 13" Are required for installation. Draws are 10" wide and pulls out 12"  To operate simply pull the draw out then insert the heads if the inflations into the solid Delrin block. The precision machined block replaces rubber wash cups and never needs replacing which saves time and money. The 5/8" wash nipple comes out the bottom so it will drain back to the wash line. Most installations will require a stainless plate part# 10285: the draw is bolted to the plate and them the plate is welded or bolted to the curb. The draw in the picture shows this additional plate (must be ordered separately).

To order the correct block for your inflations simply measure the outside diameter of the inflation head (must be installed in the shell) then deduct 1 MM. So if your inflation is 60MM across you will select the 59MM option from the drop down list, if you are unsure give us a call for assistance.
