The MPP100 Vat pasteurizer is 3A certified (certificate number 4003) and features a 304 stainless steel vat. It includes an electronic control cabinet with a touch screen display, and utilizes an air space heating element and controller. The vat is fully enveloped with a water jacket (covering both the side wall and bottom) that uses hot and cold water to heat and cool the vat efficiently.
