Products and Services

Parts Department supplies dairy equipment, replacement parts, milking equipment, milk processing equipment and related products for dairy farms and agricultural operations of all sizes.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are listed in U.S. dollars and reflect the retail price available at the time of purchase. Prices, specifications and product availability are subject to change without notice.

Payment Terms

Full payment is due at the time of purchase unless other payment terms have been agreed to in writing. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been successfully received or approved.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy. Eligible items returned within 30 days of purchase may be refunded to the original payment method, subject to the conditions outlined in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Before returning an item, please contact us for return instructions and authorization.

Billing Inquiries

If you have questions regarding a charge, invoice or payment, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to review and resolve the matter.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Payments that are reversed or disputed after merchandise has been delivered may be referred for collection when the amount remains legitimately due. Accounts associated with unresolved payment disputes may also be restricted from making future purchases.

Order Acceptance

Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order because of pricing errors, product availability, suspected fraud or other circumstances that prevent fulfillment. If payment has already been collected for an order that we cannot fulfill, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images and pricing. However, manufacturers may change product designs or specifications without notice. Product images may also be representative and may not show every detail of the item supplied.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
