Complete Cow & Goat Bucket Milking System with 3/4 HP Vacuum Pump

A complete, customizable bucket milking system designed for safe, efficient, and reliable milking of cows or goats.

Whether you're milking a single animal or managing a small herd, this complete milking system provides a dependable, easy-to-use solution. Built around our specially designed 3/4 HP vacuum supply, the system provides the vacuum performance needed for proper milking operation while keeping animal comfort, teat health, and functionality as top priorities.

Drawing on over 20 years of experience in dairy equipment, we've developed a compact, practical system that combines professional-quality milking components with the convenience of a portable bucket milker.

Each system includes the vacuum supply and your selected milking equipment. Use the four dropdown boxes above to configure the system for your animals and preferred milking setup.

Ideal for small dairy farms, homesteads, hobby farms, and livestock shows.

Build Your Milking System

Work through the four dropdown selections above in order. If you're not sure which option is right for you, open the matching section below for pictures, recommendations, and additional information.

Configuration Order
1. Select your animal
2. Select your claw or cluster
3. Select your bucket
4. Select a single or double bucket setup
Step 1 — Select Your Animal

Start by choosing the type of animal you will be milking. Your animal selection determines which claw or cluster options are appropriate in the next dropdown.

COW

Select COW for a four-teat cow milking setup. Cow configurations are normally paired with either the DeLaval or NuPulse claw options.

GOAT

Select GOAT for a two-teat goat milking setup. Goat configurations can be paired with NuPulse, Interpuls, or TopFlow Z options.

Step 2 — Select Your Claw or Cluster

The claw or cluster is the assembly that attaches to the animal's teats and carries milk into the milk hose and bucket. Each option below offers a different style of operation.

Cow Claw Options

DeLaval style cow milking claw

DELAVAL

Best for: Customers who prefer a traditional four-teat cow claw with familiar dairy-style operation.

Milk from all four teat cups flows through the central claw before entering the milk hose and collection bucket. The stainless steel top and twist-off plastic collection bowl provide a conventional design with easy access for cleaning and inspection.

  • Traditional four-teat cow claw
  • Stainless steel top
  • Twist-off plastic collection bowl
  • Approximately 200cc collection capacity
  • 5/8" milk outlet
  • Side-to-side milking configuration
NuPulse cow milking claw

NUPULSE

Best for: Customers looking for a compact cow milking setup with the pulsator built directly into the claw.

The NuPulse claw combines the milking claw and vacuum-operated pulsator into one assembly, eliminating the need for a separate pulsator. Its Flow Response Pulsation design responds to milk flow throughout the milking cycle.

  • Integrated vacuum-operated pulsator
  • Flow Response Pulsation (FRP)
  • Compact, simplified design
  • Tool-free disassembly and rebuilding
  • Well suited for portable bucket milking
  • Inline milk shutoff required

Goat Claw & Cluster Options

NuPulse goat milking claw

NUPULSE

Best for: Smaller goat herds and customers who prefer a compact two-teat claw with integrated pulsation.

This goat version uses the same integrated pulsator concept as the NuPulse cow claw, but in a two-teat configuration designed specifically for goats.

  • Two-teat goat configuration
  • Integrated pulsator
  • Reduces the number of separate system components
  • Tool-free disassembly and rebuilding
  • Well suited for portable milking
  • Inline milk shutoff required
Interpuls goat milking cluster

INTERPULS

Best for: Customers who prefer a traditional two-teat goat cluster with individual automatic shutoff valves.

This cluster uses individual ITP207 automatic shutoff valves. Each diaphragm-operated valve controls vacuum at its teat cup, helping minimize unwanted air entry when a teat cup is removed or becomes detached.

  • Traditional two-teat goat cluster
  • ITP207 automatic shutoff valves
  • Independent vacuum control at each teat cup
  • Convenient attachment and removal
  • Dependable conventional cluster design
TopFlow Z goat milking cluster

TOPFLOW Z

Best for: Customers looking for a lightweight, flexible goat cluster with direct milk flow and automatic vacuum control.

Milk flows directly from the teat cups into the milk hoses instead of through a conventional central collection claw. Integrated valve technology interrupts vacuum if a teat cup becomes detached, while ventilation at the teat cups helps maintain smooth milk flow.

  • Lightweight flexible design
  • Direct milk flow from teat cup to milk hose
  • Automatic vacuum interruption
  • Vented teat cups
  • Transparent components for easier monitoring
  • Suitable for portable bucket milking
Step 3 — Select Your Bucket

Choose the bucket capacity and construction that best matches the number of animals you milk and how frequently you want to empty the bucket.

Stainless Steel Buckets

Heavy-gauge stainless steel buckets offer excellent durability and easy cleaning. Their reinforced construction makes them a good choice for regular farm use.

Dropdown Selection Approx. Capacity Empty Weight Best For
1.5 GALLON STAINLESS STEEL 1.5 gallons Approx. 7 lbs Small-volume milking, individual animals, and the most compact setup.
4 GALLON STAINLESS STEEL Approx. 4.1 gallons Approx. 11 lbs Smaller herds and customers wanting a mid-size stainless bucket.
6 GALLON STAINLESS STEEL Approx. 6.4 gallons Approx. 13 lbs A versatile all-around size for routine milking.
7 GALLON STAINLESS STEEL Approx. 7.6 gallons Approx. 15 lbs Maximum stainless capacity and fewer bucket changes.

7 GALLON ECO

Best for: Customers who prefer a lighter-weight bucket with easier milk-level visibility.

The Interpuls Eco poly bucket provides a lightweight alternative to stainless steel while maintaining a smooth, easy-to-clean interior.

  • Approx. 7.6 gallon milk capacity
  • Approx. 10 lb empty weight
  • Lightweight construction
  • Translucent body helps monitor milk level
  • Easy to handle during portable milking

Gallon equivalents are approximate and are based on a milk weight of approximately 8.6 lbs per US gallon. Actual usable capacity may vary.

Step 4 — Select Your Bucket Setup

SINGLE

Best for: Most small-herd, portable, and one-animal-at-a-time milking applications.

  • One bucket milking assembly
  • Simple and compact configuration
  • Easier to move, clean, and store
  • Excellent choice for small herds and individual animals

DOUBLE

Best for: Customers who want greater milking capacity or the ability to operate two milking assemblies.

  • Configured for two bucket milking assemblies
  • Useful when milking multiple animals
  • Helps reduce downtime between animals
  • Well suited for larger small-herd operations
3/4 HP Vacuum Supply — Included with Every System

Every configuration is built around our specially designed vacuum supply, developed to provide dependable performance for bucket milking applications.

Unlike many undersized systems commonly offered for smaller dairy operations, our vacuum supply was selected with proper milking function and teat health in mind.

Vacuum Pump Features

  • 3/4 HP motor
  • Made in the USA
  • Compact, portable design
  • Approximately 25 lbs
  • Built-in carrying handle
  • Rubber feet help reduce vibration
