The TCR Detacher is compatible with nearly all milking systems and can be used in either a parlor or stanchion barn pipeline. It is totally vacuum operated; needs no separate power source. Operation of the detacher can be either manual or automatic. When milk flow falls below a 1/2 pound per minute the detacher delays briefly to make certain cow is at milk out. The sensor then initiates vacuum shutoff in inflations releasing all vacuum pull on the cow's teats before transferring vacuum to cylinder for takeoff: prevents teat pull and insures proper milk out. The Little Champ has few components - no complex digital or computer technology. The large bore cylinder ( 3.5" OD by 3" ID) and heavy cylinder cord provide strong, sure retraction even at low vacuum levels. The clear sensor offers easy visual inspection. The tough Polysulfone body is not affected by chemicals. (Mounting U-Bolts are NOT included)
