The MK-V Waikato Milk Meter is an important management tool for the progressive dairymen. Use it to select high producing goats for future breeding, for advice culling low producers and for checking results of supplementary feeding.

Waikato Milk Meter retains a small percentage of the yield in a calibrated flask from which the goats total yield may be read in kilograms (Conversion decal. Part# 63486-1 will show pounds, order separately). 

A representative sample can be easily taken for butterfat analysis. The Meter fits into the long milk tube between each milking cluster and the milk pipeline and may be cleaned in place or manually.

Compatible with any standard milking machine, the MK-V can be mounted either permanently with the V-block mounting kit (Included) or the 9W50706 hanging bracket sold separately. Meter for measuring up to 10 Lbs.

Option 1.  Generic copy of the Waikato meter which functions the same, all parts are interchangeable. Recommended for your own record keeping.

Option 2. OEM Waikato brand. DHIA Approved for official testing.
