Fold down CIP racks are a great way to save space. When sitting in its upright and closed position it is only 3" deep and 8" wide. In the lowered, washing position it measures 12" from the wall. To operate simply lift up on the handle 1/2" and pull forward and the tray folds down 90 degrees then insert the heads if the inflations into the solid Delrin block. The precision machined block replaces rubber wash cups and never needs replacing which saves time and money. The 5/8" wash nipple comes out the left side so it will not to kink the wash hose.

To order the correct block for your inflations simply measure the outside diameter of the inflation head (must be installed in the shell) then deduct 1 MM. So if your inflation is 60MM across you will select the 59MM option from the drop down list, if you are unsure give us a call for assistance.
